For the Crust:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC) and grease a muffin tin.
- In a bowl, mix flour and sugar. Add eggs, milk, butter, and vanilla. Mix until smooth.
- Pour batter into muffin tin and bake for 15-20 minutes. Let cool.
- For the custard, bring heavy cream to a simmer. Pour over chocolate chips and stir until melted.
- Cut cakes in half, fill with custard, and pour remaining chocolate glaze on top.
