For the Crust:

  • 12 oz bowtie pasta
  • 2 chicken breasts, sliced
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season the chicken slices with Cajun seasoning and cook over medium heat until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. In a separate pan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat and stir in mozzarella cheese until a smooth sauce forms. Combine with cooked chicken and mix with pasta.
