For the Crust:
- 12 oz bowtie pasta
- 2 chicken breasts, sliced
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Season the chicken slices with Cajun seasoning and cook over medium heat until golden brown and cooked through.
- In a separate pan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat and stir in mozzarella cheese until a smooth sauce forms. Combine with cooked chicken and mix with pasta.
