Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package (16 sheets) phyllo dough, thawed
  • 8 ounces brie cheese, cut into small cubes
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin.
  2. Lay out one sheet of phyllo dough and brush with melted butter. Layer another sheet on top and brush again.
  3. Cut the stacked sheets into 12 squares and press each into a muffin cup to form a rose shape.
  4. Fill each phyllo cup with a cube of brie and a spoonful of cranberry sauce.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  6. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For a vegetarian option, ensure the brie is suitable; these can be made ahead and reheated.
