- 1 package (16 sheets) phyllo dough, thawed
- 8 ounces brie cheese, cut into small cubes
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin.
- Lay out one sheet of phyllo dough and brush with melted butter. Layer another sheet on top and brush again.
- Cut the stacked sheets into 12 squares and press each into a muffin cup to form a rose shape.
- Fill each phyllo cup with a cube of brie and a spoonful of cranberry sauce.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
