Description

A festive chicken breast stuffed with creamy brie cheese, served with a sweet and tangy honey-balsamic glaze.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 oz brie cheese, sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut a pocket into each chicken breast and stuff with brie slices.
  3. Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
  4. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sear the chicken for 3-4 minutes per side.
  5. In a small bowl, mix balsamic vinegar, honey, and garlic.
  6. Brush the glaze over the chicken and transfer to the oven.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
  8. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

For a crispier finish, broil for the last 2 minutes. Pairs well with roasted vegetables.
