Description

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 8 oz brie cheese, sliced
  • 1/4 cup honeycomb, broken into pieces
  • 1 egg, beaten for egg wash
  • Fresh thyme leaves for garnish
  • Optional: Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry and cut into snowflake shapes using a cookie cutter.
  3. Place slices of brie in the center of each pastry shape and top with honeycomb pieces.
  4. Brush the edges with egg wash and fold or crimp as needed to form tartlets.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and puffed.
