- 1/2 cup pistachios, chopped
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a floured surface.
- Spread the brie slices evenly over the pastry, then sprinkle with chopped pistachios and rosemary.
- Drizzle honey over the top and season with salt and pepper.
- Cut the pastry into strips, twist each strip, and place on a baking sheet.
