Description

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry
  • 4 ounces brie cheese, sliced
  • 1/2 cup pistachios, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a floured surface.
  3. Spread the brie slices evenly over the pastry, then sprinkle with chopped pistachios and rosemary.
  4. Drizzle honey over the top and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Cut the pastry into strips, twist each strip, and place on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
