This cheesy casserole combines broccoli, rice, cheese, and chicken for a comforting family meal.

- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 cups chopped broccoli
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked rice, chopped broccoli, shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For a crispier top, broil for the last 2 minutes. This dish can be made ahead and refrigerated.
