This casserole combines broccoli, rice, cheese, and chicken for a hearty and comforting meal.

- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 1 can (10.75 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 can (10.75 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix together the cooked rice, shredded chicken, and broccoli florets.
- In another bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the soup mixture over the rice mixture and stir until well combined.
- Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish and top with shredded Cheddar cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
For a crispier top, broil for the last 2 minutes. This recipe can be made ahead and refrigerated.
