Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 cup chopped Dubai pistachios
  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat until it turns brown and has a nutty aroma; let it cool slightly.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the browned butter with both sugars until well combined.
  4. Add eggs and vanilla extract, beating until smooth.
  5. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
  6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
  7. Fold in the chopped pistachios and chocolate chips.
  8. Spread the batter evenly in the prepared pan and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
