For the Crust:

  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC).
  2. In a bowl, mix pineapple juice, brown sugar, soy sauce, ginger, and garlic.
  3. Season chicken wings with salt and pepper and place them in a baking dish.
  4. Pour the pineapple mixture over the wings, ensuring they are well coated.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through, until cooked through and caramelized.
