A flavorful side dish featuring Brussels sprouts glazed with a sweet and tangy cranberry-orange sauce.

- 1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 1/2 cup fresh cranberries
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small saucepan, combine cranberries, orange juice, and honey. Cook over medium heat until cranberries burst and mixture thickens, about 5 minutes.
- Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper on a baking sheet.
- Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes, until sprouts are tender and slightly charred.
- Remove from oven and toss with the cranberry-orange glaze.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
For a vegan version, substitute honey with maple syrup.
