Ingredients

  • 4 slices of crusty bread
  • 1 large ball of burrata cheese
  • 2 medium tomatoes, diced
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and toast the bread slices for 5-7 minutes until golden.
  2. In a bowl, combine diced tomatoes, chopped basil, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Once the bread is toasted, rub each slice with a garlic clove if desired.
  4. Tear the burrata cheese into pieces and place on top of the toasted bread slices.
  5. Spoon the tomato mixture over the burrata and serve immediately.
