Description

A savory dish featuring tender steak and shrimp cooked in a rich garlic butter sauce.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 ribeye steaks (about 1 inch thick)
  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season the steaks with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the steaks to the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare.
  4. Remove steaks from the skillet and set aside to rest.
  5. In the same skillet, add butter and garlic; sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  6. Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink and opaque.
  7. Return the steaks to the skillet and spoon the butter sauce over them.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

For best results, use high-quality steaks and fresh shrimp. Pair with a side of steamed vegetables or mashed potatoes.
