- 1 cup butterscotch chips, melted

- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In a large bowl, cream together butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the egg and vanilla extract.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined. Fold in butterscotch chips.
- Scoop dough onto prepared sheets and bake for 10-12 minutes. Let cool completely.
- For the frosting: Beat melted butterscotch chips, butter, powdered sugar, and heavy cream until smooth.
