Description

Delicious truffles made with Butterfinger, chocolate, and caramel for a crunchy treat.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups crushed Butterfinger candy bars
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Optional: Sea salt for topping

Instructions

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips and heavy cream together in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  2. Stir in the crushed Butterfinger candy bars, caramel sauce, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. Let the mixture cool for about 10 minutes, then scoop into small balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Refrigerate the balls for at least 1 hour to firm up.
  5. Optional: Roll the truffles in additional crushed Butterfinger or drizzle with melted chocolate before serving.
