Description

A decadent cheesecake featuring a creamy blend of milk and white chocolate with a crunchy Oreo crust, topped with Cadbury chocolate eggs.


Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 200g Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 100g butter, melted
  • 300g cream cheese
  • 100g sugar
  • 200g white chocolate, melted
  • 200g milk chocolate, melted
  • 200ml heavy cream
  • Cadbury chocolate eggs for topping

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Mix crushed Oreo cookies with melted butter and press into a springform pan to create the crust.
  2. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Divide mixture in half.
  3. Stir melted white chocolate into one half and melted milk chocolate into the other.
  4. Fold half the whipped cream into each chocolate cream cheese mixture.
  5. Layer the white chocolate and milk chocolate mixtures over the crust.
  6. Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 3 hours or until set.
  7. Before serving, decorate with Cadbury chocolate eggs on top.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
