For the Crust:
- 200g Oreo cookies, crushed
- 100g butter, melted
- 300g cream cheese
- 100g sugar
- 200g white chocolate, melted
- 200g milk chocolate, melted
- 200ml heavy cream
- Cadbury chocolate eggs for topping
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Mix crushed Oreo cookies with melted butter and press into a springform pan to create the crust.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Divide mixture in half.
- Stir melted white chocolate into one half and melted milk chocolate into the other.
- Fold half the whipped cream into each chocolate cream cheese mixture.
- Layer the white chocolate and milk chocolate mixtures over the crust.
- Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 3 hours or until set.
- Before serving, decorate with Cadbury chocolate eggs on top.
