For the Crust:
- 8 oz linguine
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 oz Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Cook the linguine according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sautรฉ until fragrant.
- Add ground beef and Cajun seasoning, cooking until the beef is browned and cooked through.
- Reduce heat to low and stir in heavy cream, Velveeta, and Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Add the cooked linguine to the skillet and toss to combine. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
