For the Crust:

  • 8 oz linguine
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 oz Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Cook the linguine according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sautรฉ until fragrant.
  3. Add ground beef and Cajun seasoning, cooking until the beef is browned and cooked through.
  4. Reduce heat to low and stir in heavy cream, Velveeta, and Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  5. Add the cooked linguine to the skillet and toss to combine. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
