For the Crust:

  • 200g linguine pasta
  • 300g ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 100g Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 50g Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Cook linguine according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sautรฉ until fragrant. Add ground beef and Cajun seasoning, cooking until beef is browned.
  3. Reduce heat to low. Stir in heavy cream, Velveeta, and Parmesan until cheeses are melted and the sauce is smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Add the cooked linguine to the sauce, tossing to coat well.
  5. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
