For the Crust:
- 200g linguine pasta
- 300g ground beef
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 100g Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 50g Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Cook linguine according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sautรฉ until fragrant. Add ground beef and Cajun seasoning, cooking until beef is browned.
- Reduce heat to low. Stir in heavy cream, Velveeta, and Parmesan until cheeses are melted and the sauce is smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add the cooked linguine to the sauce, tossing to coat well.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
