Description
This spicy Cajun beef spaghetti is tossed in a rich, creamy sauce made with three cheeses including Parmesan.

- 8 ounces spaghetti
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat; drain excess fat.
- Add Cajun seasoning and garlic to the beef; stir and cook for 2 minutes.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in the cheeses until melted and creamy.
- Add the cooked spaghetti to the sauce and toss to coat.
- Season with salt and pepper as needed.
- Serve hot.
Notes
For a spicier version, increase the Cajun seasoning to taste.
