Description

This spicy Cajun beef spaghetti is tossed in a rich, creamy sauce made with three cheeses including Parmesan.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces spaghetti
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat; drain excess fat.
  3. Add Cajun seasoning and garlic to the beef; stir and cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  5. Stir in the cheeses until melted and creamy.
  6. Add the cooked spaghetti to the sauce and toss to coat.
  7. Season with salt and pepper as needed.
  8. Serve hot.

Notes

For a spicier version, increase the Cajun seasoning to taste.
