A flavorful twist on classic spaghetti with spicy Cajun chicken and a creamy garlic mozzarella sauce.

For the Crust:
- 300g spaghetti
- 2 chicken breasts, sliced
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the chicken slices with Cajun seasoning and sautรฉ until cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sautรฉ for about 1 minute. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the mozzarella cheese until melted and smooth. Return the chicken to the skillet, then toss in the cooked spaghetti until well coated.
