Description

A flavorful dish featuring Cajun-spiced fish served with creamy shrimp pasta and fresh green beans.

Ingredients

Scale
  • For the Cajun Fish:
  • 4 fish fillets (such as tilapia or cod)
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • For the Creamy Shrimp Pasta:
  • 8 oz shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 8 oz pasta (like fettuccine)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • For the Green Beans:
  • 1 lb green beans, trimmed
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Cajun Fish: Rub the fish fillets with Cajun seasoning. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the fish for 3-4 minutes per side until flaky.
  2. Cook the Pasta: Boil pasta according to package instructions. In a separate pan, sauté garlic, add shrimp and cook until pink. Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan, then mix with drained pasta.
  3. Prepare the Green Beans: Steam or boil green beans until tender, then toss with butter and season with salt.
  4. Assemble the Dish: Serve the Cajun fish alongside the creamy shrimp pasta and green beans.

Notes

Ensure shrimp is fresh for best flavor; adjust spice levels as needed.
