For the Crust:
- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 2 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 8 oz linguine
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Cook the linguine according to package instructions and set aside.
- Season the chicken slices with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter and add minced garlic, cooking until fragrant.
- Add the chicken to the skillet, cooking until golden and cooked through.
- Reduce heat and stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan, mixing until the sauce is smooth.
- Add the cooked linguine to the skillet, tossing to coat the pasta with the sauce.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
