For the Crust:

  • 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 8 oz linguine
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Cook the linguine according to package instructions and set aside.
  2. Season the chicken slices with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter and add minced garlic, cooking until fragrant.
  4. Add the chicken to the skillet, cooking until golden and cooked through.
  5. Reduce heat and stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan, mixing until the sauce is smooth.
  6. Add the cooked linguine to the skillet, tossing to coat the pasta with the sauce.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
