This indulgent pasta dish features tender chicken tortellini smothered in a creamy garlic Parmesan sauce with a kick of Cajun spices.

- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 package (9 oz) cheese tortellini
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook chicken until golden and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove and slice.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Cook tortellini according to package instructions and drain.
- Add sliced chicken and tortellini to the sauce, tossing to coat evenly.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
Notes
For a spicier version, increase the Cajun seasoning. Pairs well with garlic bread.
