For the Crust:
- 1 lb beef steak tips
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 8 oz rigatoni pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Season the steak tips with Cajun seasoning and sear them in a skillet over medium-high heat until cooked to your preference. Remove and set aside.
- Cook the rigatoni according to package instructions in a pot of salted boiling water. Drain and set aside.
- In the same skillet used for the steak, pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Add the rigatoni and steak tips, tossing to coat evenly.
