For the Crust:

  • 1 lb beef steak tips
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 8 oz rigatoni pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Season the steak tips with Cajun seasoning and sear them in a skillet over medium-high heat until cooked to your preference. Remove and set aside.
  2. Cook the rigatoni according to package instructions in a pot of salted boiling water. Drain and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet used for the steak, pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Add the rigatoni and steak tips, tossing to coat evenly.
