For the Crust:

  • 1 pound seedless grapes, washed and thoroughly dried
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 large egg white

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk the egg white until it becomes frothy. In a separate bowl, combine the sugar and cinnamon.
  3. Place the dried grapes in a medium bowl. Pour the frothy egg white over the grapes and toss gently until they are all lightly coated.
  4. Use a slotted spoon to transfer the grapes to the cinnamon sugar mixture. Toss gently until the grapes are evenly coated.
  5. Spread the coated grapes in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the sugar coating is dry and crisp. Let cool completely before serving.
