For the Crust:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1 cup caramel sauce
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat your oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC) and line a jelly roll pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. In another bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until fluffy. Add mashed bananas and vanilla extract, and mix well. Gradually add the dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 15 minutes. Let it cool slightly, then spread whipped cream over the cake and roll it carefully. Drizzle with caramel sauce before serving.
