- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 4 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1 cup chocolate chips, melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter; press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese and 1 cup sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
- Stir in sour cream and vanilla extract.
- Pour half the batter over the crust, drizzle with half the caramel sauce, then add the remaining batter and drizzle with melted chocolate.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes or until center is set. Cool before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
Notes
For best results, use high-quality caramel sauce and let the cheesecake chill overnight.
