Description

A decadent cheesecake featuring layers of rich caramel and chocolate, perfect for special occasions.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 4 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 cup chocolate chips, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter; press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese and 1 cup sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
  4. Stir in sour cream and vanilla extract.
  5. Pour half the batter over the crust, drizzle with half the caramel sauce, then add the remaining batter and drizzle with melted chocolate.
  6. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until center is set. Cool before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.

Notes

For best results, use high-quality caramel sauce and let the cheesecake chill overnight.
