Description

A rich and creamy cheesecake infused with caramel, chocolate, and coffee flavors, perfect for dessert lovers.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 2 tbsp instant coffee granules dissolved in 2 tbsp hot water

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and 1 cup sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  4. Stir in sour cream, melted chocolate, caramel sauce, and dissolved coffee. Pour the batter over the crust.
  5. Bake for 60-70 minutes or until the center is almost set. Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool inside with the door slightly open.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

For best results, use high-quality chocolate and caramel. Chill overnight for enhanced flavor.
