For the Crust:
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 24 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon instant coffee
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Mix the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- Beat the cream cheese, sugar, and instant coffee until smooth, then pour over the crust and bake for 45 minutes.
