For the Crust:

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon instant coffee
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Mix the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. Beat the cream cheese, sugar, and instant coffee until smooth, then pour over the crust and bake for 45 minutes.
