- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped

- Wooden skewers, soaked in water
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway, until caramelized.
- In a small saucepan, warm the honey and stir in the chopped walnuts.
- Thread the roasted Brussels sprouts onto the soaked skewers.
- Drizzle the walnut honey mixture over the skewers before serving.
