Ingredients

  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Wooden skewers, soaked in water

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway, until caramelized.
  4. In a small saucepan, warm the honey and stir in the chopped walnuts.
  5. Thread the roasted Brussels sprouts onto the soaked skewers.
  6. Drizzle the walnut honey mixture over the skewers before serving.
