- Fresh arugula for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Brush the flatbread with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Arrange the sliced figs and red onion evenly on the flatbread.
- Sprinkle the crumbled blue cheese over the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the flatbread is golden.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze and garnish with fresh arugula before serving.
Notes
For a sweeter version, caramelize the figs in a pan with a bit of sugar before adding them to the flatbread.
