For the Crust:
- 400g spaghetti
- 2 large onions, thinly sliced
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons chilli oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat and add sliced onions. Cook slowly, stirring occasionally, until the onions are caramelized, about 20-25 minutes.
- Add the cooked pasta to the pan with caramelized onions, drizzle with chilli oil, and toss to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
