For the Crust:

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 large onions, thinly sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add sliced onions and cook until they are golden and caramelized, stirring occasionally, for about 15 minutes.
  2. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
  3. Stir in kale and let it wilt slightly, then add white beans and 4 cups of vegetable broth. Simmer for 10-15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
