- Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and add the sliced pears, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the pears are caramelized and softened, stirring occasionally.
- Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface and cut into snowflake shapes using a cookie cutter or knife.
- Place a slice of Brie on each pastry shape, then top with caramelized pears.
- Fold the edges of the pastry to form a snowflake design, brush with beaten egg for a golden finish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until the pastry is puffed and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
Notes
