Ingredients

  • 2 balls of burrata cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add sliced pears and cook for 5 minutes until golden.
  3. Drizzle honey and sprinkle cinnamon, stirring for another 2 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  5. Arrange pears on a plate and top with torn burrata pieces.
  6. Season with salt and garnish with basil leaves.
