Ingredients

- 2 lbs pork shoulder, cut into chunks
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 orange, juiced
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 6 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup rice, cooked
- 1 cup black beans, cooked
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 cup salsa
Instructions
- Season the pork with salt, pepper, cumin, and oregano.
- In a slow cooker, add the pork, onion, garlic, orange juice, and lime juice.
- Cook on low for 8 hours until the pork is tender and shreds easily.
- Shred the pork and mix with the cooking juices.
- Warm the tortillas and assemble the burritos with rice, beans, shredded pork, avocado, and salsa.
- Roll up the burritos and serve immediately.
Notes
For a spicier version, add chopped jalapeños to the pork mixture.
