Description

A fun twist on a classic cheeseburger, these egg rolls are filled with seasoned ground beef, melted cheese, and wrapped in crispy egg roll wrappers, perfect for parties.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 12 egg roll wrappers
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until browned; drain excess fat.
  2. Stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted; season with salt and pepper.
  3. Place a spoonful of the mixture on each egg roll wrapper; fold and seal edges with water.
  4. Heat oil in a deep fryer or pot to 375°F; fry egg rolls until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
