- 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 12 egg roll wrappers
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until browned; drain excess fat.
- Stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted; season with salt and pepper.
- Place a spoonful of the mixture on each egg roll wrapper; fold and seal edges with water.
- Heat oil in a deep fryer or pot to 375°F; fry egg rolls until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
