- 2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes

- 1 teaspoon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat; drain excess fat.
- Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet; cook until softened.
- Stir in diced tomatoes, beef broth, ketchup, and mustard; bring to a simmer.
- Add the cooked macaroni to the skillet and mix well.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top and stir until melted.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste; serve hot.
