These cheeseburger pretzel bombs are a fun twist on a classic burger, wrapped in soft pretzel dough for a delicious snack.

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 package refrigerated pretzel dough
- 1 egg, beaten for egg wash
- Sesame seeds for topping
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned; drain excess fat.
- Add onion, ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper to the beef; stir and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from heat and mix in shredded cheese.
- Roll out pretzel dough and cut into squares.
- Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of each square.
- Fold the dough over the filling and pinch to seal, forming balls.
- Brush with egg wash and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
