- 1 pint fresh strawberries
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs for topping
Instructions
- Wash and dry the strawberries thoroughly.
- Cut off the tops of the strawberries and hollow out the centers using a small knife or melon baller.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the cream cheese and mix until well combined.
- Spoon or pipe the cream cheese mixture into the hollowed-out strawberries.
- Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on top for garnish.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
For best results, use ripe strawberries and serve chilled. This recipe can be doubled for larger gatherings.
