For the Crust:

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat your oven to 325ยฐF (163ยฐC).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, and press into the bottom of a greased loaf pan.
  3. Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth, pour it over the crust, and bake for 30 minutes.
