For the Crust:

  • 12 oz twisted pasta
  • 2 chicken breasts, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Cook the twisted pasta in a large pot of salted water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter and add minced garlic. Cook until fragrant, then add diced chicken breasts. Sautรฉ until the chicken is golden and cooked through.
  3. Reduce the heat to low and add heavy cream to the skillet. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Add salt and pepper to taste. Combine with cooked pasta and toss to coat evenly in the sauce.
