Description

A comforting baked dish featuring cheesy tortellini and artichokes.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 9 oz cheese tortellini
  • 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook tortellini according to package instructions; drain.
  3. In a large bowl, mix cooked tortellini, artichoke hearts, marinara sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Transfer mixture to a baking dish and top with shredded mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.

Notes

For a crispier top, broil for the last 2 minutes. Serve with garlic bread.
