- 9 oz cheese tortellini
- 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook tortellini according to package instructions; drain.
- In a large bowl, mix cooked tortellini, artichoke hearts, marinara sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer mixture to a baking dish and top with shredded mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
Notes
For a crispier top, broil for the last 2 minutes. Serve with garlic bread.
