For the Crust:
- 8 oz bowtie pasta
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Cook the bowtie pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sautรฉ until fragrant.
- Add ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon. Stir in Cajun seasoning.
- Reduce heat to low and pour in the heavy cream. Stir constantly until the mixture begins to thicken.
- Add the shredded cheddar cheese, stirring until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Combine cooked pasta with the creamy beef sauce, toss well to coat. Serve warm.
