A rich and flavorful pasta dish combining savory Cajun-seasoned ground beef with a creamy garlic sauce over bowtie pasta.

For the Crust:

  • 8 oz bowtie pasta
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Cook the bowtie pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sautรฉ until fragrant.
  3. Add ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon. Stir in Cajun seasoning.
  4. Reduce heat to low and pour in the heavy cream. Stir constantly until the mixture begins to thicken.
  5. Add the shredded cheddar cheese, stirring until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Combine cooked pasta with the creamy beef sauce, toss well to coat. Serve warm.
