A flavorful and creamy pasta dish combining spicy Cajun chicken with a rich Italian herb Alfredo sauce, served over twisted pasta.

For the Crust:
- 200g twisted pasta
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian herb blend
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Salt to taste
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Cook the twisted pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Season the chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked. Remove from skillet and slice.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sautรฉ until fragrant. Pour in the heavy cream, and once it begins to simmer, add Parmesan cheese, Italian herb blend, black pepper, and salt. Stir until the sauce is smooth and thickened.
- Combine the cooked pasta with the sauce and stir in the mozzarella cheese until melted.
- Serve the pasta topped with sliced Cajun chicken and garnish with fresh parsley.
