For the Crust:

  • 8 oz linguine
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 pound Italian sausage, casings removed
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Cook the linguine according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add beef and sausage, cooking until browned. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  3. Stir in spinach until wilted. Add cooked linguine, butter, and parmesan cheese, stirring to combine. Season with salt and pepper. Top with mozzarella cheese and let it melt before serving.
