For the Crust:
- 8 oz linguine
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 pound ground beef
- 1/2 pound Italian sausage, casings removed
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Cook the linguine according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add beef and sausage, cooking until browned. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Stir in spinach until wilted. Add cooked linguine, butter, and parmesan cheese, stirring to combine. Season with salt and pepper. Top with mozzarella cheese and let it melt before serving.
