  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 4 cups diced potatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a large pot, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and garlic to the pot, cooking until the onion is soft.
  3. Sprinkle in the flour, stirring until it is incorporated.
  4. Pour in the chicken broth, add the diced potatoes, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender.
