Description

A creamy alfredo pasta dish featuring tender steak, herbs, and garlic butter, perfect for a hearty meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb flank steak, sliced
  • 8 oz penne pasta
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp fresh herbs (basil and parsley), chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp butter

Instructions

  1. Cook penne pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat and add minced garlic; sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add sliced steak to the skillet and cook until browned; season with salt and pepper.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and stir in grated Parmesan cheese until the sauce thickens.
  5. Mix in the cooked penne and fresh herbs; toss to combine and heat through.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with extra herbs if desired.

Notes

For a lighter version, substitute heavy cream with half-and-half. Ensure steak is rested before slicing for better texture.
