- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned; drain excess fat.
- Add broccoli and garlic to the skillet; cook for 5 minutes.
- Stir in heavy cream and half of the cheese; mix well.
- Transfer mixture to a baking dish and top with remaining cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
