- 2 cups fresh or frozen pitted cherries
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat the oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC).
- In a saucepan, combine cherries, sugar, and cornstarch. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens.
- Transfer the cherry mixture into a pie crust, cover with another crust, seal edges, and bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
